REFUND POLICY

By placing an order at this Site you become the “Customer” of Laplandia.Info and state your unconditional agreement that this Return and Refund Policy set forth below applies to your order, so be certain you understand it before you place your order.

CANCELLATION
A "Cancellation” occurs when the Customer voids an order for a withdrawal of funds from a Customer's Card account or bank account before a sale is sent for deposit. Laplandia.Info will not collect a deposit from the Customer and the previously authorized funds will be released at the Card issuing bank's discretion.
After a sale is sent for deposit, any attempt to reimburse the cost of a Product to a Customer constitutes a “Refund” and shall be dealt with as set forth below.

Laplandia.Info will not reduce the amount of a Refund by the assessment of a "restocking fee" or any other charge (including shipping charges) for any Return that occurs in accordance with Laplandia.Info's Return Policy.

RETURN
Configure-to-order, personalized or other customized Products may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless such Product has a “Defect”. The “Defect” refers to a Product defect that is discovered out-of-the-envelope and is LIMITED TO printing or paper defect of such extent so that (i) the actual print on the Product delivered to you does not correspond to the letter’s blank form that you chose for your order in terms of picture composition or print quality and/or (ii) letter sheet has form or integrity defects, including tears and scratches, EXCEPT when such defects have been inflicted in a process of the Product shipment – which is liability of the Carrier, as is specified in the Terms of Use. If you discover envelope defects which resulted in Product defects, you should refer your inquiries and claims to the Carrier that delivered the Product to you.

The Defect does not refer to inaccuracies in any Personal Information or Prospect Information that you provide for the purpose of your order placement.

If you discover applicable Product Defect as described above, you should contact Laplandia.Info within 60 days counting from the Deadline date and we will ship you another of the same Product. Laplandia.Info may also ask you to return the original Product which you claim to have a Defect.

REFUND
The confirmation of Laplandia.info delivery of Customer’s order to a Carrier shall be the Register of Letters with applicable seals and signatures certifying that the Carrier accepted for shipment a letter addressed to the Customer.

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days, counting from the Deadline date, you may request us to provide confirmation of your order shipment. We will send you the applicable Register of Letters (its scanned image by e-mail) which certifies that we delivered your order to the Carrier, as is described in the Terms of Use.

You are eligible to a Refund ONLY if Laplandia.info is unable to provide you with the abovementioned confirmation of your order shipment. A Refund may be requested during the term of 60 days counting from the Deadline date.

A “Refund” is the actual reimbursement of the cost of a Product to a Customer. Laplandia.Info accomplishes the Refund by reversing the amount previously charged to the Customer's Card or account at the Card issuing bank and the appropriate amount is credited to the appropriate Card or account at the Card issuing bank of Customer. Laplandia.Info will not reduce the amount of a Refund by the assessment of a "restocking fee" or any other charge (including shipping charges).
