Title and risk of Product loss or defect for any purchases pass to you (the Customer) upon our delivery of Products to a “Carrier”. The “Carrier” refers to a Postal Service that performs the shipment of your ordered Products. The confirmation of Laplandia.info delivery of Customer’s order to a Carrier shall be the Register of Letters with applicable seals and signatures certifying that the Carrier accepted for shipment a letter addressed to the Customer.

Orders for Product purchase shall be accepted until a “Deadline” date. The Deadline is necessary to ensure that all orders are performed, shipped and delivered in time for Christmas and New Year holidays. Information on Deadline date features on Laplandia.info Site. However the exact Deadline date is subject to adjustment and may vary for different countries, but it may not be adjusted retrospectively.

We make our best effort to ensure that your order is delivered on time. However, we accept no responsibility for late or failed delivery when this is outside of our control (e.g. postal strikes, delivery times that exceed the normal ones).
